I like the shot with the black silhouetted figure contrasted against the red lighting on the wall. It makes for a subtly dramatic image. Also, the nearly black and white shot of the illuminated face in the car is great. I like the "old" feel of the b&w against the "new" color in the back window.
Going beyond the surface is something that I strive for as a photojournalist. My love for people, culture and diversity allows me to be consistently positive and excited about the world around me, and my career as a journalist.
As a graduate from Western Kentucky University, I have been taught by some of the best professionals in our field. Fine-tuning my ethics, striving for accuracy and acquiring skills as a visual journalist at Western has educated me beyond photography.
